A short note at the start of the year, and a thank you to the buyers, brand owners and importers we worked with through 2024.

Rather than a list of promises, here is what actually changed at the factory last year and what it means for an order placed in 2025.

What Changed in 2024

• Production scheduling. Orders are now booked into slots on deposit rather than on intent, which is why we can give a production date instead of a date range. Bulk lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval.
• Sampling. Samples run on the production line rather than being hand-built, so what a buyer approves is what the run produces. Standard sampling is 5–10 days.
• Finishing. A second water-based lacquer line came online, which removed the bottleneck that used to push orders into a second month.
• Compliance documentation. Test reports are now filed per product and per coating, so a buyer can be sent the report that matches their order rather than a generic company certificate.

What We Are Working On in 2025

• Flat-pack versions of the bulky games. Cornhole boards and four-in-a-row frames that break down, because freight on volume is the biggest cost line for most of our buyers.
• Certified timber as a standard option rather than a special request. FSC chain-of-custody stock for the core hardwood range, with the documentation supplied as routine.
• Better packing data. Carton dimensions, weights and volumes included with every quotation, so a forwarder can price a shipment without a second round of emails.

What Has Not Changed

• Minimum order of 500 sets per product.
• Quotations within 24 hours of a complete brief.
• EN71 and ASTM F963 compliance, tested per product and per coating.
• NDAs signed before drawings are shared.

A Note on the Year Ahead

The garden game market is seasonal and unforgiving of late deliveries. If you are planning a spring or summer range, the order that matters is the one placed in the first quarter, not the one placed when the stock has already run out. Our production calendar fills from February onwards, and the buyers who book early are the ones who get the dates they want.
